Interview
It was a fairly easy process for me. They mainly want to know that you're familiar with GMP guidelines, & demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot & problem solve by giving specific examples.

Question 1
Describe a time where you changed your behavior at work.
I walked in the room with the human resource woman and we talked about my past job experiences. She explained what the jobs were and what she had available. We also talked about what was required of me and the next steps after the interview.

Interview
Went to a job fair interview. Took a month before i was called back for a formal interview. As of now still pending for the next step such as a drug test and what not.
