Colloquio in più fasi, ciascuna con differenti rappresentanti dell'azienda.
Prima generale\di screening fatta dal team di talent acquisition.
Poi colloquio tecnico - tre intervistatori.
Poi colloquio funzionale - anche qui tre intervistatori.
Poi colloquio HR finale, due intervistatori.
Percorso ben strutturato, non tanto difficile quanto impegnativo.

Domande soprattutto di scenario - tecnico ma anche di approccio alla risoluzione dei problemi e alla gestione degli stakeholder.
en total fueron 3 entrevistas en inglés, la primera con RRHH para presentar el puesto y la dinàmica de las entrevistas, la 2a fue con la hiring manager que habia pedido el puesto, la 3a fue con el jefe de arquitectura y con el director de la división

Interview
The interview was with the hiring manager, who works in Switzerland. Unfortunately, Nestle moved their headquarters for IT to Spain, apparently because they think they can now offer pitiful Spain salaries. However, they moved their HQ to the most expensive city in Spain, Barcelona. Their strategy blew up in their faces, because Barcelona's cost of living is comparable to other major cities in Europe like Berlin. But the want to offer salaries that not even very junior people in IT would accept in Berlin. Pathetic.
