Attended the Nestle Sales Graduate Assessment Centre in York. Format was Interview, Group Task, Presentation, QnA. Interview might as well have been done on hirevue as no back and forth with interviewer allowed, in the name of "fairness", transcript typed up to get put through AI most likely. Group task was fun however all 10 people at once logistically didn't work. Nonetheless an enjoyable day. A welcoming, friendly office environment, but it is clear hiring are looking for the safest options.
