Very good interview process. Quick reply’s from both manager and hr. Standard questions plus more complex scenario questions. Also questions about previous experience and examples of for example, difficult situations
The interviewer was very prompt and the automated system sent reminders. The questioner was very friendly and the questions were set up to flow smoothly throughout the process. My biggest compliments go to the interviewer and the friendly environment that he conducted the interview in.

Describe what a day would look like in your last Quality position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Nunspeet) in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall: interviews went smoothly. However, I was ghosted by NESTLE. I had 3 interviews in total, and after 8 weeks I have not heard anything back from them. Pretty disappointing for a company with such a big reputation. The interview process: 3 interviews in total (1 phone interview, 1 online interview, 1 on-site interview). Took about 1.5 weeks to go through all 3 interviews. The process was communicated well in advance. The first interview appointment was made by an AI and scheduled by an AI.
