Applied online. Passed psychometric tests then had a competency based video interview. Asked a series of questions (5-7) Think about skills that are required for the role using previous experience as an example of how you can apply those skills to Nestlé.

What do you think about exceptional customer service and it's importance?
The first stage is the online application. Once this has been completed, you are invited to do some psychometric tests and later a video interview. You are given 5 days to do the video interview.
