3 rounds of interview were organized - firstly with the TA coordinator, proceeded with the Hiring Manager, and lastly with the Recruitment Partner whom is based in the Switzerland. All interviews were done via Skype conference call, no physical meetings were required. Overall, it was a good start and ended with such a disappointing experience i.e. no feedback & replies to the emails asking on interview status until it got escalated to the Hiring Manager's attention. The hiring team has had a very poor customer-centric mindset of not updating the interview status on timely manner, and this represented the bad hiring culture that the company has.
