First we had a APTITUDE TEST in college
shortlisted students went through GD
and the final round was PI in the branch office at chennai, the whole process was painfull because we had to travel to regional office which was at chennai. other then travelling everything was okay,

It is on field job most of the student come from tier 3 MBA college the interview will be normal difficult .They will first take exam and then give you a month to prep and then they will take interview ,they want someone who can travel

The interview process was very long and very time consuming. The woman conducting my interview did not seem interested at all and was very rude and disrespectful. They don't know how to treat candidates
