The hirevue round was pretty decent with basic questions. You get practice rounds before unlimited ones but theres only x number of questions that they use in practice but you can practice them as many times as you like
First an assessment of behaviour and personality then shortlisting of 30 people from that then a case discussion on financials of nestlke food business a technical round then an hr round
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Barcelona) in Sep 2025

El caso de negocio fue ambiguo, dificultando la comprensión de los objetivos. Además, el proceso se centró solo en el caso, omitiendo preguntas clave sobre mi motivación y trayectoria profesional. Valoro la oportunidad, pero sugiero mejorar la claridad del caso y la evaluación del fit cultural.
