I sincerely apologize you had a negative experience and my team is always looking to improve the interview process and it is feedback like yours that helps us with our quality control procedures. This role was a new role for us in the UK and we were uncertain what we actually required from the candidate and thus hiring managers may have had different requirements. This does happen from time to time and I am sorry this occurred during your process.
