The interview process was a little confused. I was told to prepare for a presentation that I never gave. I met with the CEO twice, and with the head of HR twice. Both are very nice people, but the CEO can be a little intimidating (what CEO isn't?)

Mostly simple character-based questions, but there were a few thinking/math questions. "Why are manholes round?", "What is 2^30?"

Interview
Multiple steps with recruiter and management/CEO.
Performed phone, in person, remote interviews and displayed competency of the software and position.
The owner/CEO personally said I was hired after meeting and said HR would help with the rest of the process. He lied. They ignored me all the next week, and had to find out after pestering them that they revoked the offer with no explanations.
Avoid this company, toxic management willing to lie to their workers.
