They ask you to join one of their teams for 2 days as a normal employee. You receive a supervisor that gives you tasks to complete. He's also there to help and evaluate you. Each day one of the seniors come and ask you technical question. The difficulty of those questions start from easy to very difficult. At the end of the 2 working days you receive an offer if your results are good enough. If not, you might be contacted in the following 2 weeks. This method of evaluation is a great one because they can see exactly how the applicant behaves in multiple situations, how he/she interacts with other employees and also they can check the knowledge of the applicant in real world. In the same time, the applicant can have an idea about how working at that company is. They are also looking for finding if the applicant can adapt to the environment. They ask you questions that are almost impossible to answer and see if the applicant chooses to say "I don't know" or "I don't know, let's find out" . Overall I enjoyed the evaluation as there was no need for answering boring HR questions like: "How would you behave in a situation where ... ?" or "Where do you see yourself after 5 years?"
