Netlight interview questions

3 Interviews. First: General assessment, Second: Coding Challenge + System Design, Third: Cultural Fit. Generally focus on basics and reasoning behind everything. Motivation pretty important in last round. Coding Challenge and System Design is on a whiteboard. Generally Interviews take 1h30m.

First HR call of 1 hr in-office, then a 1.5-2 hr of System Design and then a 1hr culture fit round. Cleared all of them successfully but rejected after collecting all my documents (not sure about the reason). They ghosted and at last came back mentioning they moved forward with someone else who graduated from a better college.
