NeuroNation interview questions

I applied through a recruiting agency rather than directly to the company for a remote Senior UI Designer role based in Berlin. I live in Munich, so I specifically applied because the role was advertised as remote. During the first interview, I was told that I would need to travel to Berlin once a month, which already did not match the original expectations. Two days later, they changed the requirement again and said they were only looking for someone already living in Berlin for a hybrid setup. I was then rejected. The process felt unclear, inconsistent, and very disappointing.

Job title, remote work conditions changed while I was already in the process. Seems like there is a frequent circulation of hiring for this position every 2-3 years. The person had a grin throughout the interview and didn't feel safe to express more. Looks like they need an "apply what we say" designer.
