New Media interview questions

Interview was 70% history lesson of satelite TV and Internet streaming video, 20% a self centered boasting sales elevator pitch lasting for over an hour and half, and 10% describing dirty details of employers personal former enterprise partners. Interview process was unstructured (if you are bold enough to say it existed) and repetitive in self-promotion. Most of the time interviewe's points of views were taken as signals to inflate some unreal future expectations of the company in order to make it more appealing, if not less trustworthy. Argumenting conflict interests from company's side (notably pay fee) was by citing how much a developer can get paid in the country (or other companies in it).
