      Administrator Interview

      Apr 5, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Jersey City, NJ
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at New York Vision (Jersey City, NJ) in Apr 2016

      Interview

I applied on a Wednesday, got an email requesting an interview on a Friday and interviewed the next Monday. They bait and switched me for some stupid sales position selling stuff door to door. My initial interview went from first interview right into the "second round" interview and she liked me so they sent me back for the "third" interview and went over the hiring process. Never asked much about my experiences. They got the slightest whiff of my experience in sales and jumped. I don't appreciate the bait and switch and I lost respect for them. Days sound long and time consuming with little pay off. The position is just straight commission pay.
