Excellent - NAM recruits on campus at multiple universities. Students must connect with a company recruiter before interviewing with two executives on campus. Those that move on to the next round will be flown to the New York HQ event for a two-day mingle and interview with at least eight NAM employees. You will be notified shortly (one or two days after HQ) whether or not you received the position.

Recruiter screen, then 3 in person interviews back to back. Very straight forward and not too difficult, but would have been difficult if someone did not do proper research prior to the interview.

Interview
The interviews involved being flown to the home office in NYC and meeting with 9 Executives. While it was intimidating at times, it was good preparation for what was needed of the position. I also got to stay in a very nice hotel which was a great perk!
