Met my first contact at a career fair the spring before I graduated. They were pretty friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. They told me to get into contact with them, which I did. The person in charge if the interviews then set one up with me. The phone interview went very well, standard questions. I did get the feeling that they were looking for someone more sales oriented. The interview was very pleasant, I followed up once or twice and never heard back from them.

Recruiter screen, then 3 in person interviews back to back. Very straight forward and not too difficult, but would have been difficult if someone did not do proper research prior to the interview.

Interview
The interviews involved being flown to the home office in NYC and meeting with 9 Executives. While it was intimidating at times, it was good preparation for what was needed of the position. I also got to stay in a very nice hotel which was a great perk!
