Zoom interview with 5 staff members. Very professional and yet very comfortable. They took turns asking the questions and I felt the interview was very fair and equitable. They asked the same questions in the same order of all interviewees.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Newton Massachusetts
Interview
I had two interviews, the first with 6 people including the HR director and the person I would have reported to; the second with three of which two were those I had already met. They went with the internal candidate which was frustrating and made me feel as if I had given them a lot of free consulting.

Interview
I applied to the position online through the Newton website and was contacted a week later to set up an interview in about a week and a half. I was out of town and they were nice enough to interview me via conference call instead of in-person. It was a group of people relevant to the position conducting the interview. They were all very very kind and made it easy to relax. They primarily asked about previous job experience, how it was relevant to this position, where I see myself in a few years, etc. Basic interview questions. I was contacted about 3 weeks after the interview to know I wasn't chosen to move on to the next round, but the email was done personally and they seemed very sympathetic. I asked for tips on how to better improve my interview and they happily gave them. They seemed very nice and like lovely people to work for.
