Recruiter reached out to me on linkedin, followed by a phone screen and 1-hour live coding session.
The recruiter was really friendly (he followed up a little late after the technical interview, but at least he did follow up). However, the developer that did the technical interview had a really bad attitude problem. His ego was so big, which was surprising because this company is way smaller than my current company. I thought the people in this smaller company would be friendlier, but it was the opposite. His attitude was so bad that within 10 mins, I knew that no matter how good my solution would be, it's a no from him and I won't get the job.
Oh well, who wants to work with a bunch of people with 2-5 years experience and such big egos. Yeah, they are smart, but I've worked with much smarter people who are also kind!
