Process began with 15 min recruiter phone screen, seemed mostly to gauge salary requirements as they told me all about the company rather than ask me many questions.
Next was (the following day) a 30 min hiring manager phone call which was fairly routine as well.
After that was a loop interview with 3 team members, which they had to spread across 2 different dates.
THEN, 2 weeks later a 1 hour video case study with the same hiring manager.
Finally another 45 minute interview the following week with a Vp.
The recruiter stayed in touch throughout the process and was quite helpful, all the interviews were timely and people gave their honest opinions on what they really needed.
negatives included:
recruiters calling out of the blue to ask about interview scheduling, rather than send emails or give a heads up about their calls.
After several rounds and time spent, recruiter left a voicemail stating I would not be getting an offer, minimal feedback.
