Phone screen with hiring manager. Then a technical coding screen. Then an onsite with the entire team.
The team was super nice during the process and the recruiter was especially competent. I thought she did a good job moving along the process pretty quickly, and she provided the correct prep context at every step.
The role didn't seem like a good fit once I was at the onsite, and clearly feelings were mutual. But I do think the interview process itself was fair and they asked the right questions.
