Amazing interview process. You get to learn loads during the interview. First the Sales Manager interviews and then the Sales Director.
They always give a test based on English, Maths and Reasoning. It is easy and MCQs based.

Interview
There are a few steps of the interview and could be divided into a few days
1- Interview with the sales manager
2- A CAT test that including: math, logic and numeral parts. Five questions in each category and the quiz will be timed in 30 mins.
3- Self intro to two or more higher executives
4- Situation test that you would perform your sales skills to a potential customer
