I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nigel Wright (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
Grilled by senior management, uncomfortable interview. Asked belittling questions which most people would struggle to answer. An aura of arrogance from the whole team. Would not recommend to anyone. Better, more welcoming firms in the north east.

Question 1
Do you really think this is the career for you, going on your presentation and track record.
Thank you for leaving a review.. The general feedback from the graduates that we have recently employed is that our interview/presentation process is rigorous and thorough. We know it's not easy because we need to find the best people in the market who can live up to our ideals and who will succeed. Recruitment is challenging so we make no apologies for setting standards that are higher than our competitors. We do appreciate that other agencies will be easier to join. Best of luck wherever you end up.
Other Recruitment Consultant Interview Reviews for Nigel Wright
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nigel Wright (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jan 2013
Interview
Very lengthy and seemingly thorough process where I met all relevant managers and team leaders, and was given a frank and honest overview of the company and role. I attended on four separate occasions, which was challenging given I was in full-time employment elsewhere, but they were flexible on time to accommodate this.

Question 1
I was challenged on my willingness to change specialisms within my sector - from permanent to contract recruitment.
