The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nish Tech

Interview

Interview process was smooth. 5 rounds with US team members were done. Panel included QA managers, Business analysts, Sr QA tester, Delivery manager. Interview was based on my QA knowldege, past technical skillset and current skills. Interviewers were trying to judge overall mindset and ability by asking simple non IT relevant questions as well.
