Looks like the rumors are true... 3 round interview. They GHOSTED me after the 2nd with not even a standard email saying they moved on. (I found out through a reposting of job). Turnover is high there based on reviews from previous accounting staff. Trying to fill 2 positions into one with half the pay. Takes them 1-3 days to get back to you from HR, then another week for a department interview. About a 4-6 week process to get through their 1st round of interviews...expect to wait a long time if you want to stick around for it. No remote work available. HR Rep: very nice first impression. VP Finance: seemed OK...but couldn’t get a read on him. Usually not a good sign.
