Recruiter reached out to me and I applied online. 1st interview was a call with HR, ask basic questions about my resume, background, salary expectations (no negotiations, the salary is what HR says) and why I would be a great fit for the role. 2nd interview is basically the final interview with a hiring manager, hiring manager can be any hiring manager from any region since it's via zoom. If you nailed the final interview you will receive a call and offer sent to your email the same day. My offer took 2 hours after completing the final interview (results may vary).
