Initial phone interview with 1 in person follow up. The questions were all pretty straight forward, and you were required to shadow afterwards. The whole process took about 2 hours, in which you get a good feeling for the environment and your day to day tasks.

Interview
I applied for the position online. HR was pretty quick to reach back to me and get the ball rolling. After about a week of emailing the HR manager, I got set up to do a face to face interview. I met with the GM of the office in Dallas, the corporate HR manager and the Operations Manager for the Dallas office.
The interview was very easy but yet HIGHLY unorganized.
