Nolij Consulting interview questions

There was a phone screening first and then a in-person interview with a group of people from the organisation. The phone screen was more technical - i.e about the test process, tools, past testing jobs. The in person was more generic - handling roadblocks, team conflict, commitment etc.

It was an initial phone screen call then in-person interview with client. I was notified I got the position within a few days. It was a good process, where I also had a chance to understand if this would be the right opportunity for me.
