Interview
The interview process was fine. Started with 4 timed “what would you do if” questions. Then if you passed they sent you an invitation to do a video stating why you are a good fit, then you did a mock coaching session. After that, there was a zoom meeting that is about 15-30 minutes with a coach asking how did I like the mock coaching and explaining the position. She asked me about my previous position and a couple other questions. She was very sweet.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
