Interview
Overall a great and smooth process. The timeline was as follows- Applied online, 3.5 weeks later received an invite to fill out the survey/ interactive questionnaire and submit a short video describing why I wanted to be a health coach with Noom. One week after submitting, I received the invitation to do the mock coaching, 2 hours later received invite for the final interview via Zoom. 2 hours after the interview received my offer!
The initial interview process and mock coaching were both basically filling out forms so they get an idea of your style. The mock coaching session could be tricky, but they send some guidelines a few days before, and if you keep in mind that the goal is to help the client help themselves you should be fine. The Zoom interview was so they could see who you are as a person in addition to your coaching and communication style. My interviewer was very friendly and warm and felt more like a conversation about health and helping others.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
