The interview process was challenging- even for someone like me who already had a health coaching background. They look for very specific answers; attention to detail is everything! Follow the directions very carefully.

If you make it to one of the final parts of the interview they make you do a mock coaching session. During that time, my "user" was nervous about there being cake in her office. They expect you to respond correctly to this, and I'm sure it trips lots of people up.
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
