Interview
The process itself was pretty standard. I met with the recruiter first and then was being passed off to meet with the Hiring Manager. There were others in cue that I did not get to.

They asked me about my experience, very standard / not really novel. The interview process was cut short because of a simply scheduling mistake on my end that could have been easily resolved. But these types of experiences really help you as a candidate filter for more agile/flexible workplaces.
Had a phone call interview and homework to follow. I thought the call went extremely well and the homework was a very easy excel project. However they sent me an auto-reply "unfortunately we wont be moving forward" hours after the homework was submitted. Would of been more appropriate and respectful to hear from the actual person I interviewed with vs an auto message. .. I wrote to her to confirm this was my rejection/wasn't a mistake and nicely asked for some constructive feedback and never even got a response or anything. Was a very cold process for a company built on warm values...
