Applied directly. There was a call to schedule first meeting and we agreed on some date and time. Next was the onsite interview discussion about experience, technologies, role and some technical questions. Went pretty well and after that received a coding task to be done within 5 days. After that received call after 2 weeks that they liked the coding task and wanted to have HR interview. There was some verbal and non-verbal reasoning test to be taken before HR interview. All over nice experience and good discussions.
