Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email from the HR department about two weeks later. We had an initial 10-15 minute call via Microsoft Teams, during which HR provided an overview of the company and typical working arrangements. We then agreed on a time for the next stage interview with the team.
The subsequent interview began with introductions by the two interviewers followed by a more detailed overview of the company and team structure. I was then asked to provide an overview of my background and past project experience, with prompt questions aimed at demonstrating my technical understanding. The final part of the interview focused on the team and company's vision, current projects, and opportunities for questions. The interview lasted approximately 60 minutes.
Following the interview, I had a follow-up call with HR to discuss my thoughts and ensure the position aligned with my expectations. The day after this follow-up call, I received an offer. The overall process took about 3-4 weeks. Overall, the interview process was a positive experience.
