Interview itself are very friendly and like discussions. For this role they did three rounds. First was just a phone conversation, second was an interview with the hiring manager and third was a group interview with a team. Overall behavioral questions to understand the attitude and to see if the candidate is culturally suitable. The team I interviewed was very friendly and kind and interviews didn’t feel like a pressure it was a two way productive conversations. The only thing that I didn’t like was the interview process. It took them 4 months to complete 3 round of interviews. They even canceled one of the interviews and I got two different reasons of cancellation from HR and hiring manager! I was continuously following up with them and sometimes there was quick response and then there was a dead silence. No real way of reaching out to them. If you do it by email expect a dead silence for some time and then eventually a reply. I spent four months with them and ended up not getting an offer. And no problem about not receiving an offer. But the interview process could have been quicker.
