I met with the Program Manager and the Executive Director jointly, I then met with the Accountant and lastly the seniors in membership. I was also introduced to Philadelphia Corporation of Aging guidelines.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at North City Congress (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Met with executive director, then the center director and a supervisor. Provided three professional and one personal reference to be checked. Had to provide copies of university degrees. Reference checking was very thorough. Once hired, was provided an office space with dirty carpeting and not windows. Was unable to log on to the IT system to enter client data for the first two weeks of employment, causing a work backlog.
