Was interviewed at a job fair and was basically hired on the spot as I had one year of experince in the speciality and recieved my BSN. Was an easy process outside of just waiting online. Everyone was friendly and the nursing manager was excited to hire someone who was not a new grad.
- How do you escalate an issue when you do not agree with the providers plan of care?

Zoom interview, a few basic questions, there were 2 interviewees in the zoom call along with myself. Overall, a good experience time flew by during the interview. They ask a good amount about your previous experience.

Relaxing , asked great questions , interviews by 2 directors that was very approachable and they made the process very easy. They gave me a run down of a day in the life of and it was similar to my current position

Relaxed and like I was having a regular conversation with the manager as well as the director. I provided my skills and why I would be a good fit for the position.

I emailed my resume to the Nurse Manager. Got a call for an interview less than a week later. Had job offer probably a week after that. Was only one round, but I don’t think that’s the norm.

It was alright, very typical and general questions to be asked. The interview was asked last minute a few days before, but the interviewer was nice enough to accommodate for virtual meetup.

Like any other interview process. They ask you questions you answer......they tell you they will get in contact with you. You will get the call almost immediately if they hire you.

I was interviewed by 2 friendly nurse managers and the interview lasted about 30 minutes. They asked the standard interview questions: tell us about your experience, why you want to work here, what are your goals, biggest weakness, etc. After I interviewed, I got a call 3 days later from the nurse recruiter, offering me the job!
