After online applications, assessments and questionnaires I was invited to an initial online teams call with one of their internal recruiters and then a next stage interview to answer basic questions and was presented with a number of work scenarios

Case study which then presented to a junior solicitor, group task on different case study which was observed by early careers rectruitor, partner interview with 2 partners lasted about 45/ 60 minutes
The interview process moved quite quickly between rounds. The first interview was a telephone interview (~20 minutes) where it was important to share your interest in the firm and awareness of current affairs.
