Nottingham British School interview questions

I was wondering why do they have so many horrible references, but after the interview, I realized that easily. :) They do not ask questions about you but try to lure you asap as the teachers obviously stay there 10 days or less. The salary is pretty low for Kuwait teaching standards, they offer 700 KD with shared accommodation, which is much less than what is average (1000-1400 KD and free accommodation). They do not turn on their camera but expect you to do it, so you basically have no idea who is there. They do not have any HR doing this job but force teachers to do it. All you can get is a pdf offer, NOT the contract. Once you ask why they say you will get it once you arrive in Kuwait?!? Of course, this is highly illegal. So do not waste your time with them.
