Nova Farms interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn providing me with information about a General Manager/Pharmacist position. I went through the process of updating my resume, adjusting my calendar to schedule an interview two separate times due to interviewer illness, and then had the interviewer arrive 10 minutes late - All of this to be told immediately that the position was not available, and they were instead looking for a regular staff pharmacist. Of course, the interviewer blamed the recruiter for misrepresenting the position available. In speaking with the recruiter afterwards, he claimed that all the job description material and information he had provided was directly from the HR team he was in contact with. Regardless of who is telling the truth here, it is clear that there are major communication errors behind the scenes with this company. The interviewer then sent me an accurate job description of the staff pharmacist role and encouraged me to look into the position and get back to her with any questions. When I began asking several questions about the company as a whole, the interviewer seemed annoyed that I was taking up her time. Her responses were either vague and or were long-winded without saying anything of substance relating to the question I had asked. After the meeting, I sent a short list of questions about the role's new job description along with some of the previous information I had been sent by the recruiter, in an attempt to get clarification on which parts of the description were accurate. The interviewer responded within the hour to let me know that they would not be considering my application for the position they had just previously asked me to apply for and ask questions about. Overall, extremely unprofessional behavior from everyone involved in this company. Based on the other reviews I have read about the lack of integrity from the management staff, I'm glad that this opportunity did not work out.
