Nova interview questions

The interview process involved a virtual zoom meeting with about 10 other candidates as well. We did various group activities and were encouraged to participate and show our personality. There was also a separate individual meeting directly after where we needed to give a pitch and answer questions by ourselves. Overall it was a good, fun experience and the recruiting team was nice and prepared.
