Interviewed with recruiter (found me on LinkedIn) and he was pleasant enough, but really didn't know much about the position to describe it well.
Phone/Video interview with team was a fun and positive experience. The Program Manager was able to define the position and responsibilities well. The team members on the call were engaging and polite.
On site interview was a little tough with COVID. We had to wear masks and it made reading each other's expressions hard...but we managed. They had some great people who had been with the company for a while and even a few new people I could talk to about the onboarding process. We ended the interview with lunch with the team. It was maybe a 2-3 hour panel interview.
The reason I'm rating this as a negative experience is due to the fact that they never came back to me with any type of final answer. I would have still considered the interview a positive experience had they rejected me as a viable candidate...but I couldn't even get that much out of them. I was strung along for about a month by the recruiter before I finally gave up asking if they had made any type of decision. I found that incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. It felt like my time that I spent with them was not valued or respected.
