NuWaves Engineering interview questions

First there is a phone screening interview. Fairly straightforward to screen out people who have an interest in electronics. There are two in person interviews. The first is with an engineer and the Talent Acquisition manager. Questions involve some technical knowledge as well as basic engineering processes. Second in person interview is with the top management, these questions are more to determine culture and fit within the company. That you can work well with others but push back when needed.

On-site interview at their location in Middletown, OH. Spoke to two senior engineers and a recruiter in a conference room to give them some background information about me and ask some questions about the position. This was followed with a tour of the facility where I was able to see some projects and get a better idea of the responsibilities of an intern.
