Nurse Assist interview questions

I received a call to set up an interview but they weren't willing to disclose the base pay but said it would be well below $18/hr due to it being an entry level position. I ended up canceling the in-person interview because other companies are willing to pay at least $16+ for an entry level position for someone with a Bachelors in the sciences.
