Like most public school jobs, it's very political and you'll need to have an in. They invite you in to interview but that is in no way a guarantee of a job. They usually have about 5 other people they are going to interview and they already know who they want. The atmosphere is friendly but you feel like you are always boring the interviewee; don't take it personal.
