Thank you for taking your time to post this interesting interview experience.
Cold calling is very normal in this day and age and is not weird. The job of a recruiter is to find qualified candidates. A good recruiter uses cold calling among other tools to earn their living.
We have 4 professional recruiters that work for us. All recruiters are trained to engage in productive conversations to gage interest. There is no reason for a recruiter to engage in what you describe, it is counter productive. It neither serves the interest of the potential candidate nor the recruiter nor Nutritious Lifestyles.
We don’t provide tele-nutrition services, we do work remotely on a very limited basis, our clients prefer us to be physically present to see patients, residents and clients. Our recruiters know the market wage rates for RDN, NDTR and CDM candidates. A good recruiter knows prevailing wage rates and we discuss as a team on a regular basis.
We can provide replacements for Certified Dietary Managers within 24 hours…in most cases. Our recruiters are well aware of the different certifications, qualifications and job responsibilities for RDN, NDTR and CDM.
We hope you found success undergoing your cancer treatments.
We would invite anyone reading this give us a call and inquire about our excellent job opportunities with Nutritious Lifestyles that includes excellent health insurance, a 401k plan with up to a 4% match, free CEUs, free Employee Assistance Program, a Paid Parental Leave Program, we also provide paid internships, we have a successful RDN tutoring program, we cost share the Masters degree requirement, we assist H1-B, TN and OPT candidates in working in the United States and more!
Thank you.
