Having reviewed resumes, there is then an initial phone interview with me, the Recruiting Manager, this is exploratory to find out if there is a mutual fit. The Director position is a crucial hire for us, and we are looking for a lot, however start up experience is not essential, in fact we're looking for someone who has recent experience managing a team, and managing large-scale technical projects within a multi-site environment.
