I applied online. Got an email to complete the online tests which were easy enough, maths based and how to deal with situations. I then got a phone call about availability. After I got an email saying i was rejected

Laid back interview with usual sales questions asked. Interview was conducted at the back of the store with the main interviewer and a second employee noting responces and asking ocassional quaestions.
