Pros

Great to work, job is pretty easy even if not from a sales background. pick up most things on the job

Cons

Can have some bad days depending on the customers that walk in the shops , advisors end up taking all the complaints even when a resolution is not possible instore

Open for innovation and new technology Good company culture Home office and flexible working hours Space to learn new skills

Cons

You get more responsibilities over time for the same salary and no promotions. Yearly salary increase don't even cover the inflation even though company is doing well.
