ON Partners interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter from this company via LinkedIn to discuss a VP role with a client. The initial interview with the recruiter was pleasant, and we discussed the company, the role, and how in practice it would differ from the JD I had been sent. Things went well, and I was told I would be recommended as a prospect, and the recruiter would follow up with me. I sent a Thank You email and waited. I waited 2 weeks, and I sent a follow up email. Its now a week later, and I am still waiting... likely completely ghosted by a recruiter who FOUND ME. Incredibly unprofessional, and does not represent the client well. I very likely will not work with this agency ever again, especially not as a hiring manager.
